Frequent questions

How to recharge your PREPAID TV?

    Once you contract the ACTIVA PREPAGO service, go to one of our commercial offices and request the number of days you want to charge. The balance corresponding to those days will immediately go to your checking account and will be available for activation. Below we show you the process step by step. Follow it!

    1. From your mobile dial 809-552-0577.    a
    2. To recharge the prepaid service press option#3.
    3. Enter your six (6) digit contract number. If correct, press 1.
    4. Enter your PIN number. If correct, press 1.
    5. The system will present the plan options to   recharge.
      – To recharge the basic plan (127 channels), press 1.
      – To reload the movie pack (12 channels), press 2.
      – To recharge the adult package (3 channels), press 3.

         6. The system will present the option to choose the number of days to recharge. Enter the number of days.

        7. The system will present the option to confirm      the days of the recharge.
    If correct, press 1.
    – If incorrect, press 2.

        8. The system will inform you that your recharge has been successful.
    To make another recharge, press 1.

    How to configure your HDMI BOX?
    1. Press “Menu” on the controller and choose “Settings.”

    2. Choose “Technician”. Enter the password 000000 with the keys on the control.

    3. Exit “Settings” and go to “Channel Search”.

    4. Go to “Frequency” in the on-screen menu. Dial 58000 with the control keys and press “OK”.

    5. Go to “Auto Search” in the on-screen menu and click “OK.”

    • To choose the menu options you must press the “OK” key with the control.

    • To exit to the main screen menu you must press the left arrow button on your controller.

    • If after following these steps your HDMI box still does not configure, call one of our representatives.
